Overall I’ve had positive experiences when purchasing from JKS. So why 4 stars then, one might ask?. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is due to a lack of communication after placing the order. Almost 2 weeks had passed after placing my order and nothing, aside from the immediate purchase confirmation email but aside from that, no order, no timeline, no status, nothing. I finally called JKS and was told that the manufacturing of some of the parts I ordered was scheduled to take place the following Monday, and then the order would be shipped later that same week. I’m perfectly fine with the timeframe however, had I not called for a status update, it would have been just under a month before receiving my order without any communication whatsoever in regards to when and why; when can I expect delivery, and why the extended timeframe? That’s all. Communication is an important and key factor in customer satisfaction, imho. And btw, when I did speak with the customer service team member, she was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful.
