These terms and conditions supersede any previous terms, whether implied or expressed, and are subject to change without notice.

JKS carefully packages all orders prior to delivery. However, mishandling by the freight carrier can result in damage during shipment. The carrier is responsible for any damage while the order is in their possession. Therefore, all claims for damage or postage should be immediately reported to the freight carrier, as the responsibility of JKS ceases once the order has left our warehouse. JKS strongly encourages our customers to inspect any packages that appear damaged upon arrival so the freight carrier can be notified at time of delivery.
We prefer to receive most orders through our website. However, we also accept orders by telephone 517-278-1226, fax 517-278-2316, or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). All orders must include customer name or account number, name of person placing order, purchase order number if required, part numbers, quantities, and shipping preference. Every effort is made to ship orders within two (2) business days.
JKS accepts the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.
Returns & Credits
If you need to return a JKS product for any reason, you must contact us by telephone BEFORE returning merchandise. You will be issued an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number, which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. Returns without an RGA number may be refused. JKS will consider the return of any product for credit, provided it is unused, in original packaging, not damaged, and returned with a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase. Allow at least 30 days to process merchandise returns. All credits will be applied toward future purchases unless alternate arrangements have been approved by JKS. All returned products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges on returned goods will be credited on a case-by-case basis.
Service & Support
All product warranty and service related issues must be directed to JKS Manufacturing, as our dealers and distributors cannot make judgment on warranty claims. For questions regarding product support and installation, please refer to the Support section of our website.
Modification of your vehicle to enhance performance with the parts sold by JKS Manufacturing, Inc. may create a dangerous condition which could cause serious bodily injury, and the buyer herby expressly assumes all risk associated with any such modifications. JKS Manufacturing, Inc. will not accept responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from the failure of any parts manufactured or sold by JKS Manufacturing, Inc.

All prices on this website are based on the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, excluding tax. All product information, graphics and specifications are based upon current information at the time of publication approval. Although descriptions are believed correct, complete accuracy cannot be guaranteed. JKS Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice or obligation, in prices, offers, specifications, and materials, and to change or discontinue products.
Dealers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred, unless order exceeds the minimum dollar amount ($5,000) required for free shipping. Any order requiring truck freight service is subject to the current handling fee from the shipping company if sent to a non-commercial address. JKS will not discuss shipping information or order status with the consumer. Any calls regarding shipping information will be directed back to the dealer. JKS is not obligated to honor verbal shipping quotes. If a shipping quote is required, a written request must be faxed to JKS before or during the order process. All drop ship orders will incur a $15 drop ship fee in addition to normal shipping charges if applicable. Any drop ship order with an incorrect shipping address will be subject to re-direction fees. To insure accuracy, all drop ship orders must be received by e-mail (email@example.com) or fax (517-278-2316).
Net 30 terms are available to Dealers with an approved credit application, references, and up-to-date account. Net 30 privileges may be revoked at any time if the account is repeatedly past due. If collection action becomes necessary, any and all applicable legal fees will be the sole responsibility of the Dealer. JKS reserves the right to hold any orders on past-due accounts until the account is paid in full. JKS also accepts the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.
